Sweet and spicy mango salsašŸŒ¶šŸ„ā£

The easiest, crowd pleasing summer snack!!!ā£ ā£ Not much into cooking or planning what food to bring somewhere? This is the perfect treat for you to make this holiday season. I promise youā€™ll wow all the guests and theyā€™ll think you spent a lot longer than 10 minutes making this dish. šŸ¤« Just takes a few minutes to whip up, toss it in a bowl and done!!! ā£

INGREDIENTS: ā£ 2 Mangos, dicedā£ 1/2 Red Onion, dicedā£ 1 Red Bell Pepper, dicedā£ 1-2 JalapeƱo, de-seeded, dicedā£ 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantroā£ Juice from one limeā£ Salt to taste ā£ @traderjoes chili lime seasoning if desired (I sprinkled a little on at the end!)ā£

DIRECTIONS: ā£ Combine the mango, red onion, bell pepper, jalapeƱo and cilantro in a medium size bowl.ā£ Sprinkle with salt, and the lime juice. (start with juice from 1/2 a lime first, then taste and add more lime juice as desired).ā£ Stir to combine.ā£ Allow the salsa to chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes prior to serving, this gives time for the flavors to blend and the fruit and peppers to soften in the lime juice. šŸ˜‹ ā£
