INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. ground chicken ā£
1 cup thinly sliced brussles ā£
1 cup sliced carrotsā£
1/2 cup cashews ā£
2 tablespoons amino acids (or more if desired) ā£
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegarā£
1 teaspoon ground gingerā£
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes (or more if desired)ā£
1 shallot, choppedā£
1 garlic clove, minced ā£
generous amount of salt and cracked pepper ā£
Sesame seeds to top ā£
DIRECTIONS:
Cook ground chicken in sesame oil (or any but sesame will enhance the flavor).ā£
In a different pan cook shallot, carrots, brussles and cashews with 1-2 tbsp amino acids. ā£
Once everything is cooked through, add to the same pan. ā£
Season with all other ingredients and combine evenly.

Let simmer with lid on for 2-4 minutes on low heat.

Add mixture on top of rice or in lettuce cups or butter lettuce. Lettuce cups make for the perfect CRUNCH
