Pigs in a Blanket

These take me way back to my childhood because they were my favorite treat ever.

I love any excuse to eat lots of yummy food šŸ–šŸˆšŸ‘šŸ¼ For the Super Bowl, the star of the show in my spread was my childhood favorite, pigs in a blanket šŸ˜šŸ˜. I used to devour these as a child and it looks like not much has changed because I devoured this plate too.

This recipe is not gluten free. I usually like to make most of my recipes gluten free but sometimes you just have to live a little and eat the gluten (if you're not intolerant of course!).

I used premade/package crescent roll dough for these which made the recipe so easy. You could always make your own dough and make it gluten free. But if you're wanting to save time - this is the way to go! ā£

INGREDIENTS:

1 package @pedersonsfarms uncured hot dogs ā£

@immaculatebaking crescent rollsā£

1 egg whiteā£

EBTB seasoning (can use just S&P)ā£

ā£

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375ā£

Cut hotdogs into thirds

Lay out crescents and cut each crescent into thirds (you can do a few halves bc youā€™ll have extra) ā£

Roll mini dogs into crescent ā£

Wisk egg white with a dash of water and spread it over crescents before baking ā£

Season each with EBTB seasoning ā£

Bake for 15 minutes.ā£

Serve with your favorite dipping sauces, I used ketchup and Dijon mustard! ā£

ENJOY!
