Peanut Butter & Jelly Bites šŸ“šŸ„œā£

I have been craving all things PB&J lately. When I have cravings for sweets or anything really I find a way to make it myself so I can control what ingredients are being used. Iā€™m not kidding when I say I eat dessert every night. So I have to make sure the desserts Iā€™m eating daily arenā€™t full of junk so I donā€™t wake up feeling like junk. šŸ™ŒšŸ¼ā£

These little bites are SO easy and delicious. See how I did it below šŸ‘‡šŸ¼ā£

DIRECTIONS:

Place muffin papers in a muffin tin.ā£

Add @nutsolaofficial mix and water to a medium sized bowl and mix until combined.

Then add 1 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp coconut flour and 1 tsp maple syrup. Once mix is sticking together, round into a smaller ball and press down inside the muffin tins until flat (can add more water if needed and not sticking) ā£

Add 1 tbsp chia jam to half of the cups and 1/2 tbsp peanut butter to the other half (or you can mix them together) ā£

Melt chocolate in a bowl with 1 tsp coconut oil and pour over top. ā£

Freeze for 20-30 minutes and store in fridge or freezer ā£
