CHAI SNICKERDOODLES (vegan option)👇🏼👇🏼
COOKIE INGREDIENTS
2.5 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup almond butter
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/8 cup room temp coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 scoops @ancientnutrition chai vanilla collagen (optional opt out for vegan)
FROSTING INGREDIENTS
5 large medjool dates (soaked in warm water)
2 tbsp almond butter
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
splash of vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and blend once combine.
Use a spoon or cookie scoop to evenly distribute batter and form into a cookie shape. bake at
Bake cookies for 20 minutes.
I made 16 medium cookies.
Cool down and for the caramel frosting, blend 5 large medjool dates that soaked in warm water with 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 1 large spoonful almond butter top and enjoy!!
