Chocolate Almond Avocado Oat Bites are a snack I’m recently obsessing over.
Fresh avocados are a huge staple in my diet I love to add them to any meal or incorporate them into my mid-day snacks. Avocados make the perfect snack because they’re a good source of fiber and provide naturally good fats that can help promote heart health and do not raise LDL cholesterol. Plus, they’re so fun to get creative with in the kitchen. You can use heart healthy avocados in so many dishes to keep things fun and add more variety to your diet!
This tasty snack is the perfect ways to add in those healthy fats! 🥑🥑🥑
