Brie and Mushroom Baked Baguettes



This recipe is mouth watering and is the perfect dish to bring anywhere this holiday season. Or anywhere any season!


Made with minimal ingredients, vegan and non GMO baguettes from @angelicbakehouse. I used non vegan cheese but to make this recipe vegan just buy vegan cheese! I love @angelicbakhousebaguettes because they're full of flavor with a sweet hint. they're also sprouted grain which is a win in my book! ⁣

You only need 10 minutes to put these together and they're ready to serve immediately! I used only one baguette to make my recipe which made 9 pieces. You can use two baguettes to feed more! Just double the rest of the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:


@angelicbakehouse sprouted baguettes ⁣(or any baguettes)

olive oil and spices (garlic powder, pepper, oregano)⁣

brie cheese and mozzarella cheese ⁣

mushrooms ⁣

spinach ⁣

2 garlic cloves ⁣


DIRECTIONS:

mix 2 tbsp of olive oil with spices.

Slice each baguette 1" thick and spread the olive oil mixture over the top. ⁣

Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. ⁣

While baking, cook mushrooms, garlic and spinach over the stove. ⁣

When finished baking, add brie and mozzarella cheese and top with mushroom mixture.

Bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. ⁣

Top with pepper and serve.

Use olive oil and spice mixture for dipping.⁣
